Illustrator cc, A Journey in Project Based Learning is targeted at beginning and intermediate, Digital Art and Design Students. This book takes students through a series of scaffolding projects while providing Art fundamental skills, and knowledge in Vector Based Artwork and Graphic Design. Each project establishes a link to the California Technical Education Standards (CTE) in Arts and Entertainment, and Adobe Certified Associate (ACA). Although each lesson in this book provides step-by-step instruction for creating specific projects, the steps, techniques, and tools covered allow for students to experiment and explore with their own ideas. This book is designed to be followed in sequence, however, if the students skills and understanding are advanced enough, they can jump to any Unit that corresponds to their interests and needs. Each Unit / Lesson includes a Testing Your Understanding, and Key Vocabulary section that was covered in each Unit. All questions and vocabulary in each Unit is aligned to the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) Exam Preparation that summarize and reinforces what students have learned.
