One Golden Summer

A Ute Indian chief, a Pinkerton detective, a wild pig, and a cantankerous burro all help to keep mischievous Daniel Blair from getting bored in Golden, Colorado, during the summer of 1873. When not getting into trouble with his best friend, Daniel worked at a store downtown to help his mother pay bills, since his father had recently been killed in a very suspicious accident.
