Secrets of Antarctica: The Untold History of the Ice Continent

The first chapters of Secrets of Antarctica will question the possibility of a lost continent, and visit the land of the Patagonia giants. Next are the Age of Exploration maps depicting the Ice Continent centuries before Antarctica was officially discovered. New Swabia (Neuschwabenland) was a territorial claim made by Nazi Germany in the late 1930s. Admiral Richard E. Byrd led Operation Highjump to confront the Nazi base there, and to recover a Nazi flying disc. Admiral Byrd spoke of “ flying objects that could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.”
