These authors are available to visit schools. Please click on their name for further information.

Each link includes the date of the author visit, information on the author, the book they're promoting, the length and topic of their presentation, their desired school type, grades they'd like to speak with, their AV needs, and their order form information. Please make sure you can accommodate them, including all of their request/needs, that your school isn't testing or on school break that day, etc. BEFORE requesting to host them. To remind you, this is What an Author Visit with Tattered Cover is All About. To request an author, please email Holly Maxwell and include the following information:

  • Date you'd like to host author:
  • I've received any permission I might need from the school to move forward with this: Yes? No?
  • I've checked that school is in session that day and that there is no testing or other conflicts: Yes? No?
  • Morning or afternoon slot? (If both work, please let us know that, too.)
  • About how many students would be at this presentation? (A guess is fine!)
  • I've read What an Author Visit with Tattered Cover is All About: Yes? No?
  • I've read and agree to all the terms in the School Visit Contract: Yes? No?
