Join Sonoko Sakai, cooking teacher and culinary expert, at Wolf's Tailor for a panel discussion on her cookbook, Japanese Home Cooking: Simple Meals, Authentic Flavors ($40.00 Roost Books), and dinner menu inspired by the book as well as Fermented Vegetables by Kirsten K. Shockey and Christopher Shockey.
Sonoko will be joined by Kelly Whitaker, chef and founder of Basta and Dry Storage in Boulder and the Wolf's Tailor, Brutø and BØH in Denver; Christopher and Kristen Shockey, authors of Fermented Vegetables; and Amanda Faison, who spent 20 years as the food editor of 5280, Denver’s city magazine.
