Science & Nature Book Club

The TC Science and Nature Book Club will be exploring the huge variety of writings in these fields, ranging from the academic to adventure, meditations, histories, biographies, and more. Science was initially referred to as “natural philosophy”, that covers inner, outer, and cyberspaces , the concrete to the abstract and everything in between. We will be exploring it all!

At C.U. Boulder Andrea majored in biology and French and dreamed of working with people like Jacques Cousteau, Jane Godal, Dian Fossey. She landed at Tattered Cover  in 1993 and has been able to “work” with them all, through books, sharing their stories and ideas and the satisfaction of exploring the universe of information with readers. For nearly 20 years, she’s been the moderator for the TC Lodo Book Club, and now she’s moderating the TC Science and Nature Book Club.
