Join the author of The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series and Tattered Cover for a spook-tacular drive-thru author event to celebrate the release of Rowley Jefferson's Awesome Friendly Spooky Stories.
The drive-thru event will take place in the parking lot of the Aspen Grove shopping center, where Tattered Cover Aspen Grove is located.
Grab the whole family and Wimpify or Spookify your car so it’s ready to roll through Rowley’s Spooky Drive-Thru! Decorations and signs are highly encouraged. The family with the best-decorated car will win a boxed set of Awesome Friendly books.
**Health & Safety Information**
-- All attendees over 2 years old must wear a mask when their car windows are open, no exceptions.
-- All attendees must stay in their cars at all times during the event, no exceptions.
-- Public restrooms will not be available at the Tattered Cover locations during the event.
-- Failure to follow these health & safety regulations may result in removal from the event.
**Important Event and Ticket Information**
-- Tickets are $14.99 (plus tax and convenience fee), include a copy of Rowley Jefferson's Awesome Friendly Spooky Stories and access to the Drive-Thru Event
-- Tickets are limited to one ticket per email address. One ticket admits one car.
-- Tickets are given staggered time to help you better plan when you should show up for the drive-thru event. Please do not show up earlier than your written time. If you show up early, you will not be allowed to get in the drive-thru line until your designated time.
-- Presentation begins at 6:30 pm MDT
-- Event tickets are available online only, through Eventbrite. Tickets will not be sold in-store or through our website.
-- All books will be pre-signed. Due to health restrictions, there will be no personalization at this event, and no books signed from home.
-- In addition to Spooky Stories, pre-signed copies of all Awesome Friendly Kid and Diary of a Wimpy Kid books will be available for purchase at the event.
--Jeff is happy to take socially distanced photos with fans. A staffer will take photos of each family with Jeff. During the photo, families will remain inside their car with the windows rolled down and Jeff will remain outside the car. Masks must remain on for the photos. The photos will be available online after the event and details on how to download them will be provided to each customer at check-in.
-- In the event of extreme weather during which it is unsafe to be outdoors, the event will be cancelled or rescheduled virtually, if possible
