Two of baseball's favorite and best-liked broadcasters - Tim Kurkjian and Buster Olney - will team up to sign books.
As befitting someone who graduated from Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, Md., Tim Kurkjian has been reporting on baseball since 1978. He joined ESPN as a writer and an-air reporter in 1998, and has been providing insight, analysis and charm for the network ever since. He is the author of three books, the most recent of which is I’m Fascinated by Sacrifice Flies.
Buster Olney has been with ESPN since 2003, and now reports for its Sunday Night Baseball telecasts, hosts Baseball Tonight podcasts and writes for ESPN.com. Inspired to write about sports after Red Smith spoke at his high school, Buster has covered the Nashville Sounds, the Padres, the Orioles, the Yankees and Mets, and has written the New York Times’ best-seller, The Last Night of the Yankee Dynasty.
This will be an in-person signing at Tattered Cover McGregor Square, located across the street from Coors Field.
