Colorado Public Radio joins us in presenting 5280 Magazine food editor Amanda Faison, and local chefs Dana Rodriguez from Work & Class and Hosea Rosenberg from Blackbelly Market, in conversation with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner, to discuss and sign 5280: The Cookbook ($14.99 5280), a collection of 118 recipes from top Denver and Boulder chefs and bartenders. In creating this book, designed for the home cook, Faison tested each and every dish and cocktail in her home kitchen. Many recipes include cooking or ingredient tips from either Faison or the chefs themselves.
