Tattered Cover is honored to continue its partnership with the Office of Research Education  at the CU School of Medicine! Join us on May 25th for a presentation and discussion led by Dr. Achim Klug (Professor, Department of Physiology and Biophysics) and Mr. Jose Riguero (PhD student, Neuroscience PhD program), titled "Age related changes affect not only your ears but also your brain (or, Why older people don't like to go to loud bars)".

The Neuroscience program is one of 13 PhD programs within the Office of Research Education (ORE:  https://medschool.cuanschutz.edu/ore).  ORE students receive the education, training and support to conduct innovative biomedical research. The diverse, inclusive, and safe environment, fostered by the School of Medicine and Anschutz Medical Campus, supports the holistic training provided by our programs. Our graduates are key players in the local and national biomedical research workforce and thereby contribute to new scientific discoveries that can impact human health.
