In-Store Pick up
- Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store. We cannot promise same day order and pick up, but we will process your request as fast as we can. We appreciate your understanding.
- Whenever possible we ship books direct from our distributor. This means books are sent directly to the customer from our distributor's NATIONAL NETWORK of warehouses. Picking and packing is fast and efficient. Handling is kept to a minimum. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of acceptance and often sooner. Delivery times vary according to distance and the shipping method selected.
- Please understand that personal messages and gift wrap requests cause delays because books require to be brought in-store before being shipped back out.
- On all shipping orders, customers may choose from USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS GROUND.
- Due to price rises and delivery issues, we do not currently offer international shipping.
- We are monitoring the situation carefully and may suspend USPS Media Mail closer to the Holidays. In any event, given current conditions, we strongly recommend the use of USPS Priority Mail and UPS GROUND during the Holiday Season. Tracking information is provided on all online orders at no charge.
