The Ezra Jack Keats Foundation, in collaboration with the de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection at The University of Southern Mississippi, has announced the winners of the 29th annual Ezra Jack Keats Book Award, celebrating a new writer and illustrator. Candidates must have no more than three picture books published prior to the year under consideration. The award committee is comprised of educators, librarians, illustrators and experts in the field of children’s literature.
