Rocky Mountain Land Series with Dan Flores - Visions of the Big Sky

Historic LoDo: Dan Flores is A. B. Hammond Professor of History at the University of Montana, Missoula. He is the author of numerous books, including The Natural West: Environmental History in the Great Plains and Rocky Mountains. Flores will discuss and sign his new book Visions of the Big Sky: Painting and Photographing the Northern Rocky Mountain West ($45.00 University of Oklahoma Press). Dan Flores will also discuss the recent Twentieth Anniversary edition of Caprock Canyonlands, his classic study of the southern plains.
