Alec Guinness plays the loony, grubby painter Gulley Jimson in this adaptation of the wacky novel by Joyce Cary. A wealthy couple hires Jimson to make an art work in their home while they are away. Bad idea, from their point of view.(97 minutes) For information on the Denver FilmCenter go to denverfilm.org For a PDF of our Tattered Cover Film Series flyer, please click Tattered Cover Film Series flyer.
