Historic LoDo: Shawn Snow, a fifth-generation Denverite with a passion for history and historic preservation, will discuss and sign his new book Denver’s City Park and Whittier Neighborhoods ($21.99 Arcadia), a collection of photographs of Whittier, City Park, and surrounding Denver neighborhoods which relates their histories from 1880 to 1950. Author and historian Amy Zimmer, a Capitol Hill resident, specializes in researching the history and architecture of Denver.
