Colfax Avenue: Join Active Minds for a program on the Supreme Court in transition. We will take a “behind the curtain” approach to the process of Senate confirmation, highlighting the key players and their motives and also look at the records of both Judges Souter and Sotomayor in order to assess how the court may change. Comparison to historic confirmations will be made in order to better understand the intricacies of the process.
